Kaya33 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kaya33 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kaya33 online gaming platform, accessible at kaya33.buzz, including all associated games, features, promotions, and services offered thereon.

By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; and (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

Kaya33 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. Malaysian players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws regarding online gambling. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on Kaya33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Kaya33 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered Players, in line with the standards adopted by internationally licensed gaming operators.
• You are registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously had an Account on Kaya33 that was suspended, closed for cause, or terminated by us.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any Kaya33 employee or affiliate.
• You have the legal capacity under your jurisdiction's laws to enter into binding agreements and to engage in online gaming.
• You understand and accept that Kaya33 does not hold a Malaysian government licence — no such licensing framework exists for online gambling in Malaysia — and you take sole responsibility for ensuring your participation complies with your local laws.

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes after registration.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one active Account. Creating or using multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Kaya33 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any related winnings or balances upon discovery of duplicate accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Kaya33 is required by its licensing obligations to conduct identity verification for all Players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawal rights are granted:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad, passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Evidence of payment method ownership (e.g., bank statement, e-wallet screenshot)
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed prescribed thresholds

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

Kaya33 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian Players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. Supported methods may change from time to time; current available options are displayed within your Account dashboard.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit is RM30. Minimum withdrawals are also subject to a floor amount as displayed in your Account. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and Account tier. VIP Players may request increased limits subject to enhanced KYC review.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via DuitNow and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited instantly. FPX bank transfers typically take 5 to 15 minutes to clear. Withdrawal processing for verified Accounts is completed within 30 minutes under normal conditions. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

5.4 Payment Method Consistency

Kaya33 operates a matched payment policy: withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect all Players on the Platform.

5.5 Declined Transactions

Kaya33 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request that is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Funds associated with declined transactions will be returned to the originating payment source.

6.1 General Bonus Policy

Kaya33 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general provisions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms (for example, X10 means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in total). Players are responsible for reviewing wagering requirements before claiming any offer.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Activity

While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is capped at the lower of RM250 or the amount specified in the relevant promotion. Placing a bet exceeding this cap while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at Kaya33's sole discretion.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and poker contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting contribution rates vary by market and are specified in individual promotion terms. Kaya33 reserves the right to adjust contribution rates at any time.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 14 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your Account without further notice.

6.6 Abuse and Misuse

Kaya33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that the bonus was claimed or used in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or as part of a coordinated bonus-abuse strategy. Evidence of low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.

The rules governing each individual Game available on the Platform are accessible within the Game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing any wager. The following general provisions apply to all Games:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be modified or cancelled after confirmation, except where a specific game type expressly permits it (e.g., cash-out features in sports betting).
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game session, Kaya33 will use commercially reasonable efforts to recreate the state of play at the point of interruption. Where this is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to your Balance.
• Kaya33 operates a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined solely by this RNG and cannot be influenced by the Platform, its employees, or any external party.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each Game interface. These limits may vary by Account tier.
• For sports betting, Kaya33 reserves the right to void or re-settle bets where results are later amended by the relevant governing body, where an event is cancelled or abandoned, or where a palpable pricing error has occurred.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Balance and winnings:

• Registering more than one Account, including under different names or contact details
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live tournaments
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play Games or exploit bonus offers
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undeclared bonus loopholes with the intent to gain an unearned advantage
• Conducting any form of arbitrage betting designed solely to guarantee profit using bonus funds
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic access restrictions or security checks

Kaya33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful. We encourage all Players to treat gambling as a form of entertainment with defined personal limits, and never as a source of income or a way to recover losses.

Kaya33 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications when your gaming session has exceeded a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request placement on our exclusion register. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. We strongly encourage Players who choose self-exclusion to also contact external support organisations.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without our express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kaya33 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings arising from technical malfunctions or connectivity failures beyond our reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your disclosure of credentials to third parties
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Actions taken by payment processors outside of our direct control

Kaya33's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process the request within one business day. Any confirmed Balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by Kaya33

Kaya33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably determine that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• Your Account activity is suspected to involve fraudulent conduct or money laundering
• You have provided false information at registration or during KYC
• You are found to be under 21 years of age
• Continuation of your Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform

In cases of termination for cause, Kaya33 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes no wrongdoing, the verified balance will be returned. Bonus funds will not be returned in any termination-for-cause scenario.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kaya33 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For Malaysian Players, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Malaysian law to the extent they apply to your use of the Platform.

Kaya33 operates an internal dispute resolution procedure. Players who wish to raise a complaint should contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.

Kaya33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at kaya33.buzz/terms-conditions and bears the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.
